Description
Ford Flathead 3 5/16 x 4 59L block with factory relief, Mercury crank -.10 Mains -.20 Rods, Ross Forged Pistons, Schnieder 400SR cam/Johnson adjustable lifters, Manley Stainless Valves, Red Headers full flow oil system. Crank, rods balanced. Heads are Offie #425.
Fuel pump pushrod hole blocked and the complete original road draft crank case breather maintained.
4BBL Offie intake with 390CFM Holley on 2" riser and Carter electric pump.
Mallory Electronic distributor and coil.
'39 flywheel lightened to 27# with 9" clutch with 10" springs and balanced as a unit.
'39 transmission with NOS Zephyr gears (19 MDG & 25-22-18-14 Cluster)
Both Generator and starter converted to 12V.
Water pumps, clutch/pedal assembly and throwout shaft bushings have all been replaced and honed.
