Description
The 38 is powered by a Big Block Chevy 454 with a turbo 400 trans . The rear end is a ford 9" narrowed and fitted with Cadillac disc brakes and air ride , 3:55 / 1 gear ratio /w 33x21.5x15 Mickey sportsman tires . The front end is Mustang II with rack and pinion. The body is all steel. The paint color is Deep Amethyst Pearl /w Pearl Flames The custom door panels and upholstery was done in leather and tweed by Rattlesnake ridge in Vt.
5 years ago I found this car in a garage were it had been stored for around 15 years I completely disassembled it stripped the body ,narrowed the rear end , added a mustang II front end , 454 big block, turbo 400 trans, and 18 months later it came out like this. I drive this car almost every weekend weather permitting to car shows throughout the northeast.
