- All returns must be made within 30 days.
- Full refunds (including shipping costs) or an exchange will be given for defective items. Returns for any other reason will be refunded for the cost of the product being returned (i.e shipping costs are non-refundable). Returned merchandise valued at over $100 may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Returns must be pre-approved for return (e-mail or call us for return instructions) and have an assigned Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number on the box or they will be refused. No Exceptions.
- Merchandise must be in like new condition (no scratches, markings, cuts, etc.) for returns to be accepted.
- Copy of Packing List and/or Order ID must accompany all returns.
- Please include instructions on what you want done with the return (i.e. exchange, merchandise credit)
- Returns must be shipped pre-paid. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted.
- Special order items are not returnable.
- We will not accept any returns at a show. All returns must be processed as stated in the policy above.
