SRS Extreme Duty Radiators are the answer to extreme vehicle's needs. If your Street rod is running a big block with a blower, or your street rod is a Ferarri with limited grill openings for radiator cooling, or a cruiser that sits in alot of traffic, here's the radiator you have been looking for. Like all of our radiators, Extreme Duty Radiators are built using 16 fins per inch rather than the usual 12 fins per inch. They employ dual 1 inch tubes(larger are available) for the ultimate in cooling. Our extreme duty tank walls are .80 wall, 5052 alloy aluminum and are thicker then most stamped tanks. Stamped tanks are prone to leaking when polished due to the stamping process that naturally creates weak areas at the corners and ends where the material has been thinned out. Streetrod Stuff guarantees at least a 15-20 degree drop in temperature is possible (depending on the thermostat) when using our radiator solutions.

All of Streetrod Stuff's radiators are heli-arc welded for superior strength and finish. Our cores are made in America from the best materials available. All cores are furnace brazed. Our radiators do not contain any type of epoxy in manufacturing, since epoxied cores may crack and leak within the first year of service, and those leaks are not repairable.
The radiators have been tested on and off road to be 100% effective in all of the applications that we have built to date. In certain very high power producing applications, or when running air conditioning in hot climates, we prefer the use of our high efficiency fans to handle the additional heat removal.
Our radiators are 3 inches thick at the tanks, cores are 2-3/8 thick. You specify height, width, inlet and outlet size and location, filler neck location, mounting bracket sizes and locations, etc, and we will build the radiator you need. Every radiator is tested at 30psi before final inspection and shipping.
